Day 8
Day 6: Lifting heavyweights for chest, back and shoulders
Food: Kidney beans and rice
Drink: Water
Day 7: Rest
Food: Cereal, Beans and Toast, Vegetables
Drink: Coke and Water
Getting really annoyed with poor diet, its clearly not enough for me but with so much going on its getting difficult to sort my foods out
Day 8: Shoulders and Leg
Food: Baguette, Protein Shake, Chicken and Rice
I will be using one of them grill machines so I can just grill some chicken when there is nothing to eat, as my diet is seriously affecting my body changes and gym workout in a bad way so I must sort it no matter what!
